AMVCA: Funke Akindele ‘Omo Ghetto’, ‘Amina’ lead nominations [full list]

The nominees for the eighth Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) have been released.

The nominees for each category were announced on Saturday night by Adesua Wellington and Etim Effiong.

Funke Akindele bagged nine nominations, including Best Actress, Best Movie for ‘Omo Ghetto’

Also, Osas Ighodaro, Bisola Jayeola, Diane Russet were not left out as they also got their first nominations.

An eight-day event will precede the main event slated for May 14, 2022
