Ahead of her 40th birthday, celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani has got many tongues wagging as she stuns in snail shells representing the culture of Nigeria.

In the post shared on her Instagram page, Toyin Lawani said she doesn’t strive to be the best because she is the best.

According to Toyin Lawani, she does art, and she’s art itself because where others see ruins, she sees greatness and creates perfection with it..Toyin Lawani added that she had to make the outfit for the culture and keep promoting her motherland even when people say Nigerian does not deserve her.

This piece took plenty hands to get it done , plus my students via @tiannahstylingfashionacademy we literally had to cut with machines and drill holes in it to wire it , when I have an idea , I don’t give up on it till it becomes a master piece, we also had to polish the snail shells to pop , @elegantebytiannah styling creates masterpieces
